1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCalendar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyCalendar is an online calendar application that allows users to create and manage personal events, set reminders, and organize their schedule. The Service includes features such as event management, recurring events, timezone support, email reminders, Telegram reminders, and voice call reminders delivered as real phone calls in multiple languages.

MyCalendar is a cross-platform service. The same user account, events, and subscriptions are available on:

• The web application at mycalendar.website
• The Android application, distributed through Google Play
• The iOS application (coming soon), to be distributed through the Apple App Store

The core calendar, event management, email reminders, and Telegram reminders are free for all users on all platforms. Voice call reminders are available as an optional cross-platform subscription (see section 7).

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all events, notes, and other content you create using the Service. MyCalendar does not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for the content you add to the Service.

6. Service Availability

MyCalendar is provided as a free service. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Donations and Cross-Platform Voice Call Subscriptions

Donations. MyCalendar accepts voluntary donations to support the project. Donations are processed by WayForPay via Visa and Mastercard. Donations are non-refundable and do not grant any additional features or privileges.

Voice call reminder subscription. Voice call reminders are an optional paid feature. New users receive 3 free voice calls to try the feature. After the trial, the feature is available via a monthly subscription with a fair-use limit of 5 voice calls per day. The current price is displayed in the application at the time of purchase. The subscription does not auto-renew — it expires at the end of each paid period, and you choose whether to renew.

Cross-platform billing. MyCalendar is a cross-platform service (web, Android, and iOS). To provide a single, consistent subscription experience across all platforms, voice call subscriptions are processed through our unified external billing provider, WayForPay, and are managed on the web at mycalendar.website. A single subscription grants access to voice call reminders on the web, Android, and iOS versions of MyCalendar using the same account.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue that prevented voice call delivery, please contact us and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms:

• Cloudflare: Turnstile CAPTCHA for bot protection
• Resend: Email delivery for notifications and verification
• Twilio: Voice call delivery and SMS verification for voice call reminders
• Telegram Bot API: Delivery of reminders via the MyCalendar Telegram bot
• WayForPay: Payment processing for donations and cross-platform voice call subscriptions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or missed notifications.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
